This Privacy Policy explains how The Exodus AI LLC (the company that operates theexodus.ai, referred to here as "we," "us," or the "Company") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website or use our product. By using theexodus.ai you agree to the practices described below.

We built theexodus.ai for in-house marketing teams. Your brand context and the content generated from it belong to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content you load into the product to train shared artificial intelligence models for other customers.

1. Who we are

The Exodus AI LLC is a single-member limited liability company formed in the State of Oklahoma, United States. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

For any privacy question, request, or complaint, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and in any event within the time required by applicable law.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Account and access information, such as the email address used to sign in to your workspace and the password you set.
  • Workspace and brand context that you choose to load, including your voice document, audience profiles, refusal list, proof points, sub-brand details, strategy, roadmap, and any company resources you add.
  • Files you upload, such as brand assets, reference documents, and other materials intended to inform generated output.
  • The briefs you submit and the content the product generates, edits, schedules, or saves on your behalf.
  • Messages you send us, such as support requests, early-access inquiries, and other correspondence.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and analytics data, such as the pages and features you interact with, the actions you take in the product, and aggregate counts of generated content.
  • Technical data, such as your browser type, device information, approximate location derived from your network address, and similar diagnostic information.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to measure how the website and product are used. See the section on cookies below.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate the product, generate content from your brand context, and deliver the features you request.
  • To create and maintain your account, authenticate sign-ins, and keep your workspace separated from other customers.
  • To provide support, respond to your messages, and send service and transactional email.
  • To measure, maintain, and improve the performance, reliability, and security of the website and product.
  • To bill paid plans and manage subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our agreements.

We rely on the lawful bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the product, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Third-party service providers

We use a small set of third-party service providers to run theexodus.ai. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its function, and each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell your information to any of them.

  • Anthropic (artificial intelligence): generates marketing content from your brand context. It receives the brief you submit together with the brand and company context needed to produce the requested output. We access Anthropic through a managed integration provided by Replit.
  • PostgreSQL database hosting: stores your workspace data. Each customer workspace is isolated in its own database schema so that one customer's data is not commingled with another's.
  • Replit Object Storage: stores files you upload, such as brand assets and reference documents.
  • Resend: sends transactional email on our behalf, such as sign-in passwords, user invitations, and early-access notifications.
  • Google Analytics 4: measures website and product usage in aggregate to help us understand how the product is used and improve it.
  • PostHog: provides product analytics on the product itself, including page views and interaction events, to help us improve features and reliability.
  • LinkedIn Marketing API: provides advertising performance data for our own marketing campaigns. This is back-office reporting about our advertising and does not transmit your workspace content.
  • Replit: hosts and deploys the application and its underlying infrastructure.

We may add, remove, or change service providers as the product evolves. When we make a material change to the providers that handle your information, we will update this policy and, where appropriate, notify you.

5. How we share information

We share information only as described in this policy. Specifically, we may share information with the service providers listed above, with professional advisers such as our lawyers and accountants, with authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, and with a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-customer data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure usage of the website and product. Some cookies are necessary for the service to function; others support analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the product works.

9. Children's privacy

theexodus.ai is a business tool intended for use by adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

10. International users

We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the product from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
