The product

What is theexodus.ai, exactly?+

A content function for in-house marketing teams, not a writing tool. Brief it and it returns the strategy first — the angle, the argument, who it's for — then the blog, email, and social to carry it as one coherent campaign.

It's built from your real customers and trained on your voice, so the work sounds like your most knowledgeable insider wrote it.

Is this just ChatGPT with a prompt on top?+

No. Generic AI writes to a blank slate and waits for your prompt. theexodus.ai is built from a Brand Brain you fill once: your real customers, voice document, refusal list, proof points, sub-brand voices, three-year strategy.

It gives you the strategy before the draft, and every output is scored against the Brand Brain before you see it. A prompt can't do either.

What channels does it write for?+

The strategy first, then blog, email, LinkedIn, and X. One brief returns the argument and the campaign to carry it across every channel you select, written as one coherent piece rather than four disconnected ones.

Can it handle multiple brands or verticals?+

Yes. Sub-brand support is built in. Run multiple brands or verticals from one workspace, each with its own voice document, audience, and refusal list.

02

Demo and onboarding

How do we get started?+

You see it against your agency first — bring a real brief, we run it side by side, your team scores it. If the side-by-side wins, you onboard: build the Brand Brain, load strategy, go live. No self-serve signup, no card before you've seen the gap.

How much of my team's time does onboarding take?+

About an hour to build the Brand Brain, spread however you want, after the demo. From then on you brief it and ship. No standing call, no status meeting, no account manager to manage.

Do I need to upload our existing content?+

Hand it your real customer data and your best content. The more it reads, the closer the strategy and Draft 1 land. Your best pieces become reference; the things you'd never say become the refusal list. Drag in PDFs, paste links, edit as you go.

03

Voice and quality

How is voice match scored?+

Every output is scored against your voice document before you see it. Below 90%, the system flags it. You edit, and the system learns from the edit, so the voice sharpens over time.

A number on every draft, not a vibe. It's also why the voice becomes yours — and the one thing you can't export.

What happens when the draft isn't quite right?+

You edit. Edits feed back into the Brand Brain so the next draft lands closer. No revision round, no retainer hour billed, no email thread.

What's the refusal list?+

The things your brand will never say. Phrases, claims, words, framings. Checked before every output. If a draft tries one, it gets rewritten before it reaches you.

04

Pricing and contract

How much does it cost?+

$10,000/year as a founding member, annual, locked for 24 months. List is $14,000/year, or $1,400/month. No per-piece, per-word, or per-seat fees.

The agency you're replacing runs $42,000–72,000 a year. You're not buying a cheaper tool; you're replacing a more expensive function.

Is there a long contract?+

The founding rate is an annual term, locked for 24 months — that lock is what holds your price while list rises. The outputs are yours to export at any time, so you're never holding hostage data even while you're committed to the term.

What's included in the fee?+

The whole product: strategy-first briefs, multi-channel campaigns, sub-brand support, voice match scoring, the refusal list, your branded workspace, the Brand Brain builder, strategy and roadmap, calendar, and weekly trend pulls. One annual fee. No per-piece or per-seat charge.

Is there a usage limit?+

Fair-use cap of around 100 full multi-channel briefs per workspace per day. A guardrail against a runaway script, not a meter you watch.

A real in-house team ships a few briefs a day, not a hundred. No customer has come close. If you do, we'll talk before we cut you off mid-campaign.

Are there any add-ons or extra fees?+

One optional add-on: Brand Brain Build. A done-for-you engagement of about five weeks where our team reads the business, profiles the competitor set, builds the Brand Brain, and loads the approved version into your instance. $7,500 one-time, on top of the annual fee. Most teams build it themselves and don't need it.

Everything else is included in the annual fee. No upsell tier, no per-seat charge, no surprise invoices.

05

Replacing your agency

Do I keep my agency?+

Most teams move content production off the agency entirely and keep the strategic relationship only if there's one worth keeping. You see Exodus against your agency's actual work first, so the decision is made on evidence, not a leap.

If you don't have an in-house marketer to own it, an agency is probably still the right call — we're honest about that.

What happens to everything when the relationship ends — ours, or an employee's?+

That's the point of the whole thing. The Brand Brain, the strategy, and the trained voice stay in the system, not in an agency's account file or a departing employee's head. Turnover doesn't reset you, and the outputs are always yours to export.

06

Security and ownership

Who owns the content?+

You do. Inputs, outputs, and Brand Brain, all of it, all exportable as JSON and Markdown. We don't train shared models on your content. The trained voice is the one thing that stays with the system — it's the switching cost we earn, not a lock-in we impose.

Where does our data live?+

In your private workspace on your subdomain. Separated by tenant. Never commingled with other customers.

Can multiple people on our team use it?+

Yes. Per-user access with admin, editor, and viewer roles. Same Brand Brain, same drafts, same voice for everyone.
